Product Introduction
The 2001 / 2001S is a fully automatic touchless rollover car wash machine designed for unattended or semi-staffed operation. The vehicle drives onto the guide rail, parks in the centering position, and the system takes over: high-pressure water, pre-wash shampoo, foam bath, rim & underbody flush, wax coating and built-in dryer — all without a single brush touching the paint.
Two models are available — the 2001 (standard) and the upgraded 2001S with reinforced frame, additional side blowers and extended rail length for wider vehicles. Both share the same industrial-grade components, PLC controller and safety architecture, so spare parts and consumables are fully interchangeable.
Engineered with a Delta industrial PLC, Schneider electrical components and a German P+F ultrasonic + photoelectric sensor suite, the machine delivers reliable 24/7 performance in gas stations, car wash chains, fleet depots and dealership service centers across more than 40 countries.
